Every Ride Tells a Story 📚

As a professional photographer by trade, I love the art of storytelling through imagery. For the last 14 years, I've been capturing fleeting moments, raw emotions, and sharing the beauty of the world (well, mostly Paris!) through photography. I've been honored to document thousands of beautiful real-life love-stories through my company, Pictours Paris.

Today, I’m taking that same love for storytelling and bringing it to life with Revel Rides. Where each journey becomes a living, breathing story you get to tell firsthand. ✨ And I'll be there to document your ride and guide you throughout our adventure together.

For me, riding a bike is like reading a book.

The first few minutes are like starting the first chapter—you’re curious and full of anticipation for what’s to come. Then you leave a busy city behind you, and settle into a quiet rhythm, lost in the unfolding story. A scenic forest path becomes a page filled with calm reflection, a sweeping descent is an exhilarating twist, and the moment you roll into a sunlit clearing, your heart lights up and it feels like the chapter you never want to end.

And, sometimes challenging rides can feel like a page-turning thriller: the climb steepens, the wind howls, and every muscle and braincell whispers doubt. There are even days that read like a sad story, where rain soaks your socks, your legs feel like lead, and you wonder why you ever started this “book” in the first place...

But alas, here’s the beautiful part: if you keep turning the pages—pushing through the climbs, trusting the journey—goodness—the hero—most often prevails. The clouds break. The summit appears. And that moment when start your descent, roll into lunch or celebrate with a refreshing cold drink? The storybook finish that makes every stroke of the pedal worthwhile.

Our guided gravel rides from Paris to Versailles take you off the tourist trail and into a tale of your own: bustling city streets give way to serene forests, birdsong replaces car horns, and suddenly, the grandeur of French history unfolds right before your eyes.
