Cancellation Policy

JOY RIDES BY REVEL RIDES | Loire Valley Cycling Adventure May 2–8, 2027 | Cycling from Blois to Tours, France Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy We’re thrilled you’re joining us for an unforgettable week of cycling, exploring, and connecting in France’s beautiful Loire Valley Our small-group cycling adventures are thoughtfully curated to provide a personalized experience, with exceptional accommodations, delicious food and wine, beautiful routes, and expert local guidance. Please review the following policies before reserving your place. 1. Trip Details & Inclusions Dates: May 2–8, 2027 Duration: 7 days / 6 nights, including 5 days of guided cycling Location: Loire Valley, France (Blois to Tours) * Five days of guided cycling through the Loire Valley * Quality bicycle rental for the duration of the cycling program * Six nights of carefully selected accommodations, based on double occupancy * Daily breakfast * Dinner each evening, as specified in the final itinerary (with wine) * Expert cycling guidance and thoughtfully planned routes * A welcoming, supportive small-group atmosphere Not included unless otherwise specified: * Transportation to and from the tour’s designated starting and ending points * Lunches, snacks, and personal purchases * Alcoholic beverages outside any specifically included tastings or dinners * Travel, medical, and cancellation insurance * Optional activities not listed in the itinerary 2. Reservations & Payment A 50% deposit per participant is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due April 2, 2027, 30 days before the trip begins. Bookings made within 30 days of departure require payment in full at the time of reservation. Your reservation is confirmed once your deposit has been received and your booking has been accepted by Joy Rides by Revel Rides. All prices are per person in euros and are based on double occupancy unless otherwise indicated. 3. Cancellation Policy Because our tours involve advance commitments to accommodations, bicycle rentals, restaurants, and other local partners, the following cancellation fees apply. Participant cancellations: * More than 90 days before departure: 90% refund of deposit. * 61–90 days before departure: 75% refund of deposit * 31–60 days before departure: 50% refund of deposit. * 30 days or less before departure: No refund. In the unlikely event that we must cancel the trip, your deposit will be fully refunded.
