We design turnkey cycling experiences that blend movement, scenery, and meaningful connection—complete with pro guidance, gourmet picnics, and optional photography so the memories don’t vanish with the endorphins.

Packages & Pricing (Corporate)

 

Prices below are ex-VAT (add 20% VAT). Invoices and certificates of insurance provided.

Group sizes are flexible; we’ll right-size guide ratio and support.

 

 

1) Full-Day Offsite — “Royal Route” (6–8 hours)

 

From €2,800 for up to 8 riders

 

• €250 per additional rider (max 16 per day; multiple pace groups)

  Includes:

 

 

• Pre-event planning call and risk assessment

• 1–2 professional guides (additional guides as group grows)

• Premium gravel or road bikes and helmets (fit & setup included)

• Hydration and snack support + gourmet picnic (Versailles Grand Canal or forest clearing)

• GPX route files + live tracking

• On-route mechanical assistance & basic first aid

• Photo highlights (on-route phone set)

  Optional add-ons: support van, pro photo gallery, yoga/stretch coach, espresso stop buy-out, branded bottles & caps

 

Sample price math:

 

• 8 riders → €2,800 total

• 12 riders → €2,800 + (4 × €250) = €3,800

• 16 riders → €2,800 + (8 × €250) = €4,800

 

 

2) Two-Day Retreat — “Forest & Château” (2 × 6–7 hours)

 

From €5,200 for up to 8 riders

 

• €450 per additional rider (max 16; split groups supported)

  Includes everything in Full-Day both days, plus:

 

 

• Evening social (aperitif in Versailles or Chevreuse) planning & reservations

• Luggage transfer between hotel and start points (if needed)

• Deeper coaching blocks (group dynamics, pacing, technique)

• Additional snack stop each day

 

Lodging & dinners can be arranged at cost (3–4★ boutique hotels near Versailles/Chevreuse).

Support van strongly recommended for 10+ riders or mixed abilities.

 

 

Signature Routes (mix & match)

 

• Meudon Flow (Gravel, 35–60 km): Forest ribbons, lake lookouts, whisper-quiet paths.

• Royal Route to Versailles (Road/Gravel, 50–75 km): City-to-château adventure + picnic by the Grand Canal.

• Chevreuse Classic (Road, 60–100 km): Rolling hills, iconic climbs, village cafés—Paris’ playground.

• Saint-Germain & Seine Loops (Road/Gravel, 40–80 km): Riverside views, forest canopy, smooth tempo riding.

 

We tailor distance and elevation to your team’s vibe—from “active offsite” to “let’s-earn-that-picnic.”

 

 

A Day in the Saddle (Example Schedule)

 

• 09:00 Meet in central Paris (or hotel). Bike fit & safety brief.

• 09:30 Roll out toward forests via quiet lanes & bike paths.

• 11:00 Scenic stop + snacks, group photo, route split (A/B paces).

• 12:30 Gourmet picnic (local boulangerie sandwiches, fruit, pastries).

• 13:30 Return via forest flow or château detour.

• 15:30–16:00 Finish, cool-down stretch, cheers, and next-day teaser (for 2-day).

 

 

Bikes, Gear & Safety

 

• Bikes: Premium gravel or road bikes in a broad size range; e-bikes available (limited numbers).

• What to bring: Cycling kit, layers, closed-toe shoes; we provide helmets if needed.

• Safety first: Route risk checks, guide radio/phone comms, first-aid kits, clear rider briefings.

• Insurance & waivers: Provided and collected digitally, in EN/FR.

 

 

Add-Ons (à la carte)

 

• Support Van & Driver: €600/day

• Professional Photo Gallery: €600/day (edited web gallery for internal comms/PR)

• Yoga/Stretch Coach (45 min): €250

• Barista-style Coffee Stop Buy-Out: from €8/person

Do we need to be “cyclists”?

Nope. We build routes for all levels, with pacing groups and frequent stops.

 

Road or gravel—how do we choose?

Road = smoother, faster feel; Gravel = softer surfaces, forest immersion. Mixed groups are welcome.

 

What if it rains?

We ride if conditions are safe; otherwise we reschedule/modify (indoor briefing, later start, or alternate loop).

 

Where do we start?

Hotel pickup in central Paris is easiest; we can stage outside the city to maximize forest time.

 

Can you handle non-riding colleagues?

Yes—walking tours, picnic meet-ups, or van-supported photo ops so everyone feels included.
